Please allow 3-9 business days to receive purchases, as each order is custom made.

Customer Satisfaction is a top priority! If you receive your product(s) and are unsatisfied:

E-mail us within (5) five days of receiving your purchase!

E-mail: EliteCustomerService@XclusiveRemy.com with: name, order number (if applicable), reason for return, tracking number for return shipping if returning purchase.

We may refund your purchase after you notify us within (5) five days upon receiving your product(s), return the product(s) to us in it's/their original packaging, and we verify the condition of the product(s).

Products which have been altered, worn, or used do not qualify for a refund.

All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

We do not refund shipping fees.

Customer is responsible for shipping on refunds/returns unless customer receives incorrect order.

We reserve the right to use our discretion in issuing refunds/returns.
